Our faculty members and OEH students had the incredible opportunity to visit key sites in Rayong Province, gaining invaluable learning experiences in various aspects of occupational and environmental health on July 8-10, 2024:
1. Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate: At the Environmental Monitoring and Control Center (EMCC), we learned about environmental and health impact assessments, monitoring and control systems, and the online emergency response system.

2. Flora Exhibition Hall: We delved into the LNG recycling process, understanding how the hall saves energy and supports a variety of applications efficiently while preserving the environment. The exhibition of winter plants thriving in LNG production's cold environment was particularly fascinating.

3. Maptaphut Industrial Port: We explored this international modern industrial area, learning about customer requirements, port safety management, environmental management, public health management, and eco-industrial city initiatives.

4. NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co., Ltd. (NPC S&E): This subsidiary of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited provided insights into emergency response centers, fire engineering design, and training in quality, environment, occupational health, and safety.

This field trip was a remarkable experience, enriching our knowledge and skills in the field of occupational and environmental health.
