Throwback to the field trips provided by GH667: Transdisciplinary Approaches to Zero Hunger for students from three universities—Asian Institute of Technology, Kasetsart University, and Thammasat University—held on June 21, 2024, at the Zhi Hua Farm, Ayutthaya, and the Thai Farmer's Way of Life and Spirit Learning Center (Na Hia Chai), Suphan Buri.
Students and the teaching team had an insightful field trip to Suphan Buri and Ayutthaya Provinces. We interviewed local farmers and community members, exploring their agricultural practices, way of life, and challenges related to gender, climate, and more.
Together, we identified key issues and worked towards integrated solutions.
It was an enlightening experience, immersing ourselves in the heart of these areas.
