Our Transdisciplinary Pre-training Workshop for students from three universities - Asian Institute of Technology, Kasetsart University, and Thammasat University - held on May 18, 2024 was a great success. Held at the Golden Jubilee Museum of Agriculture, students engaged in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. This workshop introduced and kick-started three elective courses, key milestones of the THE-GLOW project, co-funded by the European Union, focusing on transdisciplinary learning and problem-solving.
Students received comprehensive guidelines, self-assessment forms for reflecting on their transdisciplinary competencies, and detailed information about the upcoming courses. Group discussions connected their experiences, perspectives, and understanding of transdisciplinary practice. The workshop also highlighted crucial elements of the THE-GLOW project: fostering collaboration across universities and disciplines and encouraging active learning.
Kudos to the team from partnering universities and the students for making this workshop a memorable and impactful event!
