Field trip for the integration teaching graduate program

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is a fuel with various benefits!

Our field trip for the integration teaching graduate program in academic year 2022 in Occupational and Environmental Health (International Programs) on June 8–9, 2023, took us to #FloraExhibitionHall, a floral garden energized by liquefied natural gas, in Rayong Province, Thailand.

Our faculty members as well as OEH students gained invaluable learning experiences in the LNG recycling process, from the temperature of -160°C until it becomes liquid.

PTTLNG Flora Exhibition Hall saves energy. The building was designed to make the most of cold utilization in the LNG production process, which can support a variety of applications efficiently while still taking care of the preservation of the environment and surrounding communities. In addition, the area can be allocated to display winter plants that are planted and maintained to grow in the cold during the LNG production process throughout the year.

We would like to express our gratitude to the director and the technical officer of PTTLNG for the memorable experience.
